INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 pound linguine pasta
  • 1 pound raw peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free margarine
  • 1 lemon, halved and sliced thinly

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Toss the shrimp in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet *affiliate link over medium high heat.
  5. Saute minced garlic in the oil until fragrant and slightly golden.
  6. Add the shrimp and cook until no longer pink.
  7. Add the white wine and lemon juice, cook for 3 minutes.
