End Your Day With This Prayer Before You Sleep. Powerful Evening Prayer

Dear Lord, as this day is coming to an end,

please help me to relax and let go of all my stress.

I ask for your peace to overtake my heart and to embrace my dreams and sleep.

May your words and promises quiet the worried and anxious thoughts that fill my head.

I give you all the things that are beyond my control and trust them to your hands.

I give you thanks in advance for all you will do.

I want to end this day with gratitude in my heart.

I am grateful that in this world where many things are not good, you are always good.

I am thankful for your unconditional love and for your faithful provision.

I know that no matter how tough things may be, I always have something to be thankful for.

Thank you, Lord for all my blessings.

Thank you for all you do and for all that you are.

Heavenly Father, You’ve been so beautiful to me.

As this day comes to an end, my heart is overflowing with thanksgiving and praise.

To have been given another day of life, another chance to live, laugh, & love.

What a gift! The closer I get to you, the more I find myself trading worry for wonder,

anxiety for anticipation, fear for faith, sorrow for joy, stress for celebration,

curses for blessings, ashes for beauty, life for LIVING.

What a difference YOU make.

In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen

Heavenly and merciful Father, I pray that You will spread your protective arms over me and my family.

Cover us with your protecting angels and keep us well and safe from all harm and spiritual attacks.

Almighty Father, I count myself blessed for the wonderful family members

You’ve bound me with, though I may not always appreciate them.

Give us peace and love towards one another.

Quell the quarreling tongue. Bring us close to each other.

Bless them, oh Lord, with understanding and wisdom.

May they come to know you and have a relationship with you.

I thank You for all the blessings in my life – family, friends, love, hope, and a secure future.

I thank You for Your presence in my life, and I pray that You give

me wisdom and courage to deal with everything that comes my way tomorrow.

Help me to trust You with my life. Direct my steps and let me walk in Your ways.

Above everything, protect my mind and actions so that the enemy

might not get through to me. Lord, I pray and ask that You give me the wisdom to deal with my circumstances.

Light my pathway through the dark tunnel. Grant me restful sleep tonight, in Jesus name, Amen!

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy Kingdom come,
